公司以中国领先的IT解决方案与服务供应商——东软集团为技术和资源依托， 以研制生产大型医疗设备为主，同时为医院数字化提供全面解决方案。 
公司是中国目前唯一的“国家数字化医学影像设备工程技术研究中心”建设依托单位，也是中国目前唯一的“国家医用磁共振成像系统产业化示范工程”、“国家螺旋CT高技术产业化示范工程”项目的建设依托单位。 
公司建有2.3万平方米的制造中心，并建有国际一流的CT、MRI、X线机、超声等医疗设备生产线。产品不但通过了ISO9001国际质量体系认证，更率先通过了美国FDA和欧洲CE认证。 
公司在大型医疗设备方面拥有5000余家客户，产品不仅遍布全国30多个省、市、自治区，而且还远销到了美国、中东及东南亚等全球30多个国家和地区。 
2004年7月，东软又与全球著名500强企业——荷兰皇家飞利浦电子集团共同投资组建了“东软飞利浦医疗设备系统有限责任公司”，此合资公司将作为双方共同的医疗设备研发生产基地。 
作为此合资公司的母公司之一，东软将全面提升自身的整体竞争能力，加速东软的国际化进程，进而为中国和世界医疗产业的发展，做出应有的贡献。

eusoft was founded at Northeastern University, China in 1991.
Till date, Neusoft has set up 6 software bases, 8 regional headquarters and a comprehensive marketing & service network in over 40 cities across China; In the global marketplace, it has subsidiaries spread across North America, Asia, Europe & Middle East.
In addition, we have set up three information institutes and a biomedical & information engineering school in Dalian, Nanhai, Chengdu, and Shenyang respectively.
